Upfluence publishes no price. Its pricing page is headed "Custom Pricing: Pay Only For What You Need" and carries no dollar figure anywhere, checked 22 August 2026. Cost is quoted per module across three packages (Find, Scale, Autopilot) and varies with team size and program volume. Two facts from Upfluence's own FAQ matter more than any estimate you will read elsewhere: the minimum contract is 12 months, and the free trial is configured after an initial call rather than started self-serve. Every plan is a fixed platform fee with no percentage of your creator-driven sales, and there is no mandatory setup fee.

That is the answer. The rest of this page is where the money actually moves: which capabilities sit in which module, why the entry plan is cheaper than people expect for a reason, and what the platforms that do print a price charge for comparable work.

How much does Upfluence cost?

Upfluence will not tell you until you speak to someone, and neither will anyone else honestly.

We opened upfluence.com/pricing on 22 August 2026. The page is built around three package cards and a demo request. There is no plan table with numbers, no entry price, no per-seat figure and no credit bundle. Upfluence states plainly that pricing is custom-quoted based on the modules you select, your team size and your program volume.

What the page does give you is unusually specific structure, and structure is more useful than a number you cannot verify. Every plan is described as a fixed platform fee. Upfluence takes no percentage of the sales your creators drive, which separates it from marketplaces that clip 10 to 20 percent of your spend. Its FAQ says there is no mandatory setup fee. And it says the minimum contract is 12 months, justified by giving every client a dedicated account manager from day one.

Read those together and the shape of the deal is clear before any call. Upfluence is an annual commitment with a person attached, priced to the size of your program. That is a completely reasonable model. It is just a different purchase from a monthly subscription you can cancel, and knowing which one you are shopping for saves a lot of time.

What are the three Upfluence packages?

Upfluence sells capability in modules rather than tiers of the same product, which is the single most important thing to understand before you get quoted.

  • Find High-Impact Creators. The discovery module. Search and identify creators across Upfluence's index of 14M+ profiles.
  • Scale Creator Programs. Marked "Recommended" on the page. Adds campaign management and the ecommerce integrations.
  • Run Programs on Autopilot. The full stack, including payment processing.

The trap is in the first one. The entry Find module is discovery only. It excludes the creator marketplace, drip email sequences, campaign creation with Upfluence's Jaice AI, and every ecommerce integration. Those start at Scale. Bulk global payouts, creator tax forms and invoicing sit in Autopilot alone.

So the plan people mean when they say "we will start on the cheap Upfluence plan and upgrade later" often does not do the thing they were buying Upfluence for. If your reason for looking at Upfluence is that it connects to Shopify and pays creators, both of those live above the entry module. Get the module list in writing next to the quote.

What is the Upfluence pricing calculator?

It is not a calculator for Upfluence's own price, and the two get confused constantly because they share a word.

Upfluence publishes free public tools that estimate what an influencer charges, including an Instagram influencer pricing calculator and a CPM calculator. You enter a creator's handle and get an estimated rate range based on engagement, audience and fake follower ratio. There is also a free fake follower checker and a Chrome extension.

So "Upfluence pricing calculator" almost always means "tell me what this creator costs", not "tell me what Upfluence costs". No calculator exists that will price your subscription. Worth knowing before you spend an afternoon hunting for one.

Treat the creator estimates as an opening range rather than a rate. Real prices move with usage rights, exclusivity, turnaround time and how much the creator wants the work. Collabstr's 2025 report, drawn from more than 15,000 real collaborations, found that adding usage rights lifted the average collaboration price from $221 to $307, a 39 percent jump. No calculator that only reads a public profile can see that.

Does Upfluence have a free trial?

Yes, with a condition that changes what it is. Upfluence's FAQ says the trial is set up after an initial call so it can be configured for your use case from day one.

That is not a self-serve trial you start at 11pm with a credit card. It is a sales-assisted evaluation, which is normal for software sold with an account manager, but it means the trial is not a way to skip the conversation. If your goal was to poke at the product privately before anyone knows your budget, this is not that door.

Compare with the same question at other vendors, because the difference is stark. Modash runs a 14-day trial with no credit card. GRIN publishes a permanent free tier and states there is no required sales call. Influencity offers 7 days, no card. If self-serve evaluation is how your team buys, that is a real selection criterion and not a small one.

Does Upfluence have a minimum contract?

Twelve months, stated in Upfluence's own FAQ. This is the fact most comparison articles leave out, and it is worth more than any price estimate.

A 12-month minimum changes the risk calculation completely. If you are testing whether influencer marketing works for your brand at all, you are being asked to commit for a year to find out. If you already know the channel works and you are scaling a program with a roster and a calendar, a year is unremarkable and the dedicated account manager is genuinely worth something.

The question to ask yourself is not whether the contract is fair. It is whether you know enough yet to sign one. Brands that get burned in this category almost never get burned on price. They get burned on committing annually to a workflow they had not yet proven they would use.

Does Upfluence publish API pricing?

No, though it does publish the API itself, which is more than most of this category offers. Upfluence documents an influencer marketing API and, more unusually for 2026, an MCP connector, so its data can be wired into other tools and AI agents. What it does not publish is what any of that costs.

If programmatic access matters to you, ask for it to be priced separately and in writing. Data access is the line item most often relocated to a higher tier after the initial quote lands, across every vendor in this space.

What do third-party sites say Upfluence costs?

They disagree, and the disagreement is instructive. Influencer Marketing Hub has published an entry figure around $478 a month. Vendr, which aggregates real contract data from software buyers, reports a median annual spend near $15,000. Those are not contradictory: one is likely a small single-module deal and the other a multi-module program, which is exactly what modular pricing produces.

Either way, neither is a price list. Both are samples of what specific companies paid for specific configurations. Use them as a sanity check on the quote you receive, not as the quote you expect.

What do comparable platforms actually charge?

Here is what the category publishes at source, checked in August 2026. This is the comparison Upfluence's own page will not give you.

PlatformPublished priceContractSelf-serve trial
UpfluenceNot published, custom per moduleMinimum 12 monthsNo, set up after a call
GRINFree tier, then $200, $500, $1,000, $1,500 a monthSelf-serve, no required sales callPermanent free tier
Modash$299 a month, or $2,388 a year. Performance $599, or $5,988 a yearMonthly or annual14 days, no card
Influencity$318 a month billed yearly, so $3,816 a yearAnnual7 days, no card
CreatorIQNot published. Vendr median $39,250 a yearAnnualNo
TraackrNot published, request pricing formTypically annualNo
AspireNot published. No pricing page existsNot statedNo
MicroInfluencers$49, $149 and $399 a month, publishedMonthlySelf-serve

The pattern is not about quality. It is about sales model. Everything under roughly $600 a month is self-serve and buyable this afternoon. Everything above it is a quote, a contract and usually a year. Decide which of those two purchases you are making before you sit through four demos.

What does the dedicated account manager actually buy you?

This is the part of the Upfluence deal that justifies the annual minimum, so it deserves an honest look rather than a shrug.

A good account manager on a creator program is worth real money. They know the platform's edges, they unblock a stalled campaign in a day rather than a week, and they carry institutional memory when your marketer leaves. For a brand without an in-house influencer specialist, that person is often the actual product.

The comparison to run is against what that capability costs on its own. US salary data for an in-house influencer marketing manager in mid-2026 spans a wide band: ZipRecruiter reports an average near $83,488, VelvetJobs $98,900, Salary.com $115,883 and Glassdoor $120,718. Agencies typically charge $3,000 to $20,000 a month on retainer plus a 15 to 25 percent markup on creator fees. Against either of those, a bundled account manager inside a platform fee looks cheap. Some brands split the difference and hire a freelance influencer marketing manager for a few days a month instead, which works well while the program is still small and the tooling is doing the repetitive parts.

What the account manager does not do is change the fact that you signed for a year. Price the person, then price the commitment, then decide.

Is Upfluence worth it?

For a brand running a large, ongoing creator program with ecommerce integrations and international payouts, yes. The 14M+ index is real, the module structure means you are not paying for capability you will not use, the API and MCP connector are genuinely ahead of most competitors, and the fixed platform fee with no cut of your sales is a fair model that gets fairer as you scale.

For a brand testing the channel with twenty micro-creators a quarter, the annual minimum is the wrong shape. You would be committing for twelve months to learn something you could learn in two, and the entry module that fits the budget excludes the marketplace and the ecommerce integrations you were probably buying it for.

There is also a coverage question worth asking any large-index vendor. Database size and useful coverage are different things. Scraped indexes are assembled from accounts that already have visibility, so the deeper you go under 50,000 followers in a specific niche with a US-majority audience, the more shortlist quality depends on how the index was built rather than how big it is. Ask for a live sample search at your exact follower range, in your niche, filtered to the United States, during the demo.

What are the alternatives to Upfluence?

Sort them by which job you are buying, because this category bundles three different products together.

For discovery and audience analysis with a published price, Modash is the closest like-for-like and it prints its figures. For a full creator program with ecommerce workflows and a price you can read before a call, GRIN publishes from a free tier to $1,500 a month. For enterprise governance across markets and agencies, CreatorIQ is the name, and it was named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape for large enterprises in November 2025, though it publishes nothing either. We keep the running list on best influencer marketing platforms, with the detail on our Upfluence alternative page and a head-to-head in Upfluence vs CreatorIQ and Modash vs Upfluence.

If what you are really shopping for is the record-keeping layer, the roster history and rate memory rather than the discovery index, that is a narrower purchase and we compare the options on influencer CRM software.

And if your program is micro and nano creators specifically, the calculation changes. Fifteen creators at $200 each is fifteen briefs, fifteen approvals and fifteen payouts, and the work is in the volume rather than the negotiation. That is what our micro influencer marketing platform is built for: describe your brand and niche, the AI returns a ranked shortlist of engagement-verified creators from 1,000 to 100,000 followers on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and you brief, approve, track and pay in one place with FTC #ad disclosure written into every brief. Published plans are $49, $149 and $399 a month, monthly, no demo required, plus a small marketplace fee on creator payouts. We do not have a 14-million-row index and we will not pretend to. We cover the band we serve and we run the campaign after the shortlist.

How do you get a real Upfluence quote?

Go into the call with your numbers instead of asking what it costs, because a modular quote is only as good as the specification you hand over.

Bring four figures: how many seats, how many creators you expect active in twelve months, how many campaigns a quarter, and whether you need payouts and tax forms. Then ask for the quote in writing with the module list attached, ask explicitly which features sit one module above what you were quoted, and ask what happens to the price at renewal. Ask whether the ecommerce integration you need is in the tier you are being sold, by name, because that answer has surprised people.

Then ask for the sample search. Twenty relevant creators in your niche, at your follower band, US audience majority, produced live in five minutes. A vendor who can do that has told you more than any spec sheet, and a vendor who cannot has told you something too.

The short answer

Upfluence does not publish a price, and every figure you find online is somebody's sample rather than a rate card. What it does publish is more useful: three modules, a fixed platform fee, no cut of your sales, no setup fee, a dedicated account manager, and a 12-month minimum. If you are scaling a proven program and want a person attached, that is a defensible deal and Upfluence is a capable platform. If you are still finding out whether the channel works for you, sign nothing annual yet, and start where the price is on the page.
