Brandbassador is now called Club, and it does publish its pricing. Read at club.co/pricing on 28 September 2026, there are four plans billed annually: Growth at $1,500 a month, Pro at $2,250, Co-Pilot at $3,200 and Auto-Pilot at $3,950. Every plan is a 12-month contract and adds an 8% fee on sales your ambassadors drive through their discount codes, plus a 4.79% transaction cost on payments processed through the platform. The smallest first-year commitment is $18,000 before any fees.
That is not what most search results say. Directory listings and competitor blogs still tell you Brandbassador pricing is "not listed publicly" and that you need a demo to see a number. They are reading the old site. brandbassador.com now redirects to club.co, and the old brandbassador.com/pricing address forwards to a page that returns a 404, which is probably why so many write-ups gave up. The new pricing page has every plan, every inclusion and the billing terms on it. Below is what it says, and what it adds up to once the fees are counted.
Brandbassador (Club) plans and prices
All figures are in US dollars, from Club's pricing page, read on 28 September 2026. The headline prices are the annual-billing rates. The monthly-billing rates in the third column are not printed as numbers on the page; we derived them from the "Save $X/year" figure Club prints under each plan, and they match the 25% annual discount Club states.
| Plan | Price, billed annually | Implied price, billed monthly | First-year minimum (annual) | What changes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $1,500/mo | $2,000/mo (saves $6,000 a year) | $18,000 | Full platform, live chat support, your team runs it |
| Pro | $2,250/mo | $3,000/mo (saves $9,000 a year) | $27,000 | Adds a dedicated Success Manager, mission planning, trend analysis |
| Co-Pilot | $3,200/mo | about $4,250/mo (saves $12,600 a year) | $38,400 | Adds a Brand Executive and 15 hours a month of hands-on work (labelled most popular) |
| Auto-Pilot | $3,950/mo | about $5,250/mo (saves $15,600 a year) | $47,400 | Adds a Senior Brand Executive and 30 hours a month, run for you |
Two things stand out. First, the software is identical on every plan: unlimited ambassadors, unlimited missions, unlimited admin seats, the mission maker, discount codes, auto recruit and loyalty levels all come with Growth. Club says so directly: "Why doesn't the software cost more on higher plans? Because we don't believe in feature gates." What you pay more for is people. Second, billing frequency is a discount, not an exit. All plans are 12-month contracts. Paying annually takes 25% off, bi-annually 15% and quarterly 10%, but paying monthly does not shorten the commitment.
For comparison, independent reviews that did get a quote from Brandbassador reported Growth at about $2,000 a month and Pro at about $3,000 on an annual contract with monthly payments. Those numbers line up exactly with the monthly-billing rates above, so the pricing has not moved much through the rebrand. It has simply been written down.
The fees on top: 8% CPA and 4.79% transaction cost
The plan price is the part of the Club bill you can predict. The two fees scale with your program, and on a busy program they can outgrow the licence.
The 8% CPA. In Club's words: "When your own affiliates drive in-app sales through their discount codes, we charge 8% on those sales." That is 8% of the revenue your ambassadors generate through codes tracked in the app, charged to you as a cost per acquisition. It applies on every plan.
The 4.79% transaction cost. The billing FAQ adds "a 4.79% transaction cost on payments processed through the platform". In practice that means the cash rewards, commissions or fees you pay ambassadors through Club carry a processing charge of 4.79% on top.
Here is what that does to a real month. Take a DTC brand on Growth, billed annually, whose ambassadors drive $20,000 of code sales and earn $3,000 in rewards paid through the platform:
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth licence (annual rate) | $1,500 |
| 8% CPA on $20,000 of code sales | $1,600 |
| 4.79% on $3,000 of payouts | $143.70 |
| Club cost for the month | $3,243.70 |
| Ambassador rewards themselves | $3,000 |
So the Club bill is more than double the plan price, and that is before the product you ship to ambassadors. The crossover is easy to remember: once your ambassadors' code sales pass $18,750 a month, the 8% CPA costs more than the Growth licence itself. That is not a reason to avoid Club, since a program selling that much is paying for itself. It is a reason to model the fee before you sign a 12-month contract, because the headline number is not the budget line.
Is Co-Pilot worth it over Pro?
Because the software never changes, the higher plans are easy to price as labor. On annual billing, Co-Pilot costs $950 a month more than Pro and adds 15 hours of hands-on work from a Brand Executive, plus premium onboarding and a bespoke mission calendar. That is roughly $63 an hour. Auto-Pilot costs $750 a month more than Co-Pilot for 15 more hours and a senior executive, about $50 an hour for the extra time.
Club frames Auto-Pilot against "a decent ambassador agency retainer" of $8,000 to $15,000 a month, which it labels as typical market figures rather than a quote. Against that, $3,950 for 30 hours of hands-on management plus the software looks reasonable. Against a part-time coordinator on your own team it is a closer call, and it depends on whether you want the program knowledge to stay in-house when the contract ends.
What Brandbassador (Club) is actually for
Club is an ambassador community platform. The model is that your existing customers and fans join your program in the Club app, complete "missions" (post a video, share a code, review a product), climb loyalty levels and earn rewards. Club's page names Celsius and Samsung as clients and claims more than 500 DTC brands. It suits a brand that already has a large, enthusiastic customer base and wants to turn hundreds or thousands of them into a structured, gamified program.
It is a less natural fit if your problem is the step before that: you do not have a crowd of fans asking to be ambassadors, and you need to find creators outside your customer list, check that their followers are real, brief them, approve the post and pay them. That is a discovery and hiring job, and paying $18,000 a year minimum for an ambassador app does not solve it.
How Brandbassador pricing compares
These are published prices, read at each vendor's own pricing page on the dates shown. Creator payments are extra in every row.
| Platform | Published price | Fee on creator activity | Minimum term | Checked |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Club (Brandbassador) | $1,500 to $3,950/mo annual | 8% of code sales plus 4.79% on payouts | 12 months | 28 Sep 2026 |
| GRIN | Free tier, then $200 to $1,500/mo | None published | Plan dependent | Aug 2026 |
| JoinBrands | $0, $99, $299 or $499/mo | 8% to 15% of creator payments | Month to month | 27 Sep 2026 |
| Insense | $400 to $800/mo depending on plan and billing, after a $650 trial month | 7% to 20% of creator payments | Quarterly or annual | 26 Sep 2026 |
| MicroInfluencers | $49, $149 or $399/mo | A small marketplace fee on creator payouts | Month to month | 28 Sep 2026 |
Our JoinBrands pricing breakdown and GRIN pricing breakdown run the same all-in math for those platforms, and the best influencer marketing platforms roundup puts every vendor we have checked side by side.
Prices in this category move often. Club changed its name and moved its pricing page to a new domain, and GRIN switched to credit-metered plans with a free tier around July 2026. If you are tracking several vendors before a renewal, a competitor monitoring tool that watches pricing pages will tell you when a number changes, which beats finding out on the invoice.
Brandbassador pricing questions
How much does Brandbassador cost?
Brandbassador, now Club, costs $1,500 to $3,950 a month on annual billing, or about $2,000 to $5,250 a month billed monthly, on a 12-month contract. On top of the plan, Club charges 8% on sales your ambassadors drive through their discount codes and 4.79% on payments processed through the platform. The minimum first-year spend is $18,000 on Growth.
Is Brandbassador the same as Club?
Yes. Brandbassador rebranded as Club. brandbassador.com now redirects to club.co, G2 lists the product as "Club (formerly Brandbassador)", and the brand-side app and ambassador programs continue under the Club name. Older reviews and directory listings still use the Brandbassador name and often say pricing is not public, which is out of date.
Does Brandbassador have a free trial?
No free trial or free plan is listed. Every plan is sold through a demo booking and a 12-month contract. Club offers a 20-minute demo and says it will tell you honestly which plan you need. If you want to try a platform before committing a year, look for month-to-month plans instead.
Can I pay Brandbassador monthly?
You can pay monthly, but the contract is still 12 months, so monthly billing is the most expensive way to buy the same commitment. Annual payment saves 25%, bi-annual 15% and quarterly 10%. On Growth that is the difference between $18,000 and $24,000 for the year.
What is the cheapest alternative to Brandbassador?
If you want an ambassador community app with missions and loyalty levels, the alternatives are other enterprise ambassador platforms, and none of them are cheap. If what you actually need is to find, vet, brief and pay micro creators, month-to-month platforms cost far less. MicroInfluencers is $49, $149 or $399 a month with no contract, and our influencer payment platform page covers how creator payouts work.
The short version
Brandbassador did not hide its prices. It changed its name, and the internet has not caught up. Club's four plans run $1,500 to $3,950 a month on annual billing, every plan carries the same software, and the real variables are how much of Club's team you want, how much your ambassadors sell, and how much you pay them through the platform. For a brand with a crowd of customers ready to be ambassadors, that can be good value. For a brand that still needs to find its first twenty trustworthy creators, start with a month-to-month plan and prove the channel first.
