Traackr does not publish a price. Checked on 23 September 2026, traackr.com/pricing is a live page that answers HTTP 200 and contains no dollar figure anywhere in it: the whole page is a "Request pricing" form offering a call with a platform specialist. The traackr.com/plans URL returns 404. Contracts are annual and quoted per business, and the figures circulating in comparison posts (a floor near $17,000 a year, an entry Growth plan around $25,000, a Standard tier around $32,500 and advanced plans above $55,000) come from third-party reviewers rather than from Traackr. Budget for a procurement cycle, not a credit card.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. Most roundups lump every quote-only vendor together under "pricing on request", which hides real differences in how hard the number is to get. Across the vendors we re-check each month, four separate patterns have now turned up, and Traackr is the cleanest example of the fourth.
Does Traackr publish its pricing?
No. It publishes a pricing page, which is not the same thing. Read on 23 September 2026, the page carries the heading "Request pricing" and the line "Schedule a call with one of our platform specialist to get you more information on our pricing and packages and discuss your team's influencer marketing needs", followed by a customer quote from Coty. There is no plan table, no tier names with numbers attached, and no trial signup. The only account-related link in the navigation is "Log in".
Here is how that compares with the other ways this category handles the question, all checked at source on the dates shown.
| Pattern | What you see at /pricing | Vendors we have confirmed doing this |
|---|---|---|
| Published rate card | Plan names and prices on the page | Modash ($299/mo, checked 26 Aug 2026), Influencity, Influee, Heepsy (from $69/mo billed annually, 3 Sep 2026), Billo (per video, $99 to $169, 22 Sep 2026) |
| Hard 404 | The URL does not exist | Heepsy's old plan URL, Superfiliate (19 Aug 2026), and Traackr's /plans (23 Sep 2026) |
| Redirect to sales | The URL 301s to a demo request | Aspire: aspire.io/plans redirects to /demo-request (25 Aug 2026) |
| Live page, zero numbers | HTTP 200, a real page, and nothing but a contact form on it | Traackr (23 Sep 2026), HypeAuditor, CreatorIQ, ShopMy |
The practical difference is speed. A 404 tells you in one click to go and book a demo. A live pricing page that turns out to be a form costs you a form fill, a discovery call and usually a week before a number appears, and that is by design: the call exists so the quote can be built around your headcount, your markets and your program size before you ever see it.
How much does Traackr cost?
We will not state a Traackr price as fact, because Traackr does not state one. What we can do is tell you what third parties report, label it clearly, and explain which parts of it are worth planning against.
Comparison blogs and review directories writing about Traackr in 2026 report an entry point in the region of $17,000 to $25,000 a year, a middle tier around $32,500, and advanced or API-enabled plans above $55,000, with the competitive benchmarking module sold as an add-on for several thousand more on the lower tiers. Those numbers are consistent with each other and with how the product is sold, but every one of them is second-hand, several of the sites publishing them sell competing software, and none of them is dated to a contract you could see. Treat the range as a sanity check on whether you are in the right category, not as a quote.
The two structural facts are more useful than any of the numbers, and both come from Traackr's own site:
- Annual commitment. There is no monthly plan and no self-serve checkout. Whatever you agree, you are agreeing to it for a year.
- Priced on your program, not on seats alone. Traackr's own solutions pages segment by executives, program owners and practitioners, and separately by global enterprises, DTC brands and agencies. A vendor that markets to three job titles inside the same buyer is selling into a committee, and committee deals get scoped on markets, brands and users together.
Does Traackr have a free trial?
There is no trial signup on the site. The pricing page offers a call, the navigation offers a log in for existing customers, and the closest thing to a self-serve entry point is the newsletter and the brand benchmarking material Traackr publishes as marketing. If you want to see the product, the route is a demo, and the demo is a sales meeting rather than a sandbox. Plan for a couple of calls before you get hands on a screen.
What are you actually paying for?
Traackr organizes the platform into three things: Plan, Activate and Measure. Plan is the research and selection side, deciding which creators to work with and on what terms. Activate is campaign execution, now marketed with an AI strategist. Measure is the reporting and insight layer. In September 2026 Traackr also began promoting Abigail, which it describes as the first AI-native creator marketing solution built for the enterprise, with a live event series to launch it.
The piece that genuinely has no cheap substitute is the measurement side, specifically the Brand Vitality Score, Traackr's index for benchmarking your creator program against named competitors. Buying comparative data on rival brands is the one job in this category you cannot do yourself with a spreadsheet and a discovery tool, because it requires somebody to have tracked your competitors' creator activity continuously whether or not you asked. If that is what you are buying, the enterprise price is defensible. If it is not, you are paying enterprise rates for sourcing and campaign admin that several hundred dollars a month buys elsewhere.
That is worth being blunt about, because it is the most common mistake we see in this bracket. Teams buy the enterprise suite to solve a workflow problem, use the discovery and the briefs, never touch the benchmarking, and renew anyway. If nobody on the team can name the competitor set they want benchmarked, the module is not the reason you are buying.
Who is Traackr for?
Traackr sells to brands running creator programs across several markets and often several brands at once, with a named program owner, an agency or two in the mix, and an executive who wants one number for the whole thing. Beauty, fashion and travel are the industries it highlights. That shape of buyer has a real problem: consistent measurement across regions, where each market has its own agency, its own creators and its own way of counting. Paying five figures to make those comparable is a rational purchase.
It is a poor fit for a single-market DTC brand running a dozen creators a quarter, for an agency that needs per-client seats more than cross-market rollups, and for anyone whose actual bottleneck is finding and paying creators rather than reporting on them. In those cases the annual commitment is the problem long before the price is, because you are locked in for a year on a tool bought to answer a question you were not really asking.
One budget line that often gets missed at this tier: enterprise creator budgets rarely stay on Instagram and TikTok. By the time a program is big enough to need Traackr, somebody is usually also buying podcast and newsletter sponsorships, which a social-first index does not see and a social-first platform does not measure. Price that reporting gap in before you assume one tool covers the whole program. If that spend is a meaningful share of your budget, a dedicated sponsorship marketplace will give you better rate visibility on those placements than any influencer suite will.
Is Traackr worth the money?
It is worth it when three things are true at once: you run creator programs in more than one market, you need those programs measured the same way, and somebody senior is going to be asked how you compare with named competitors. Miss any one of those and the case gets thin fast, because everything else Traackr does has a cheaper equivalent.
The honest arithmetic is simple. At a reported entry around $25,000 a year, you are spending roughly $2,000 a month on software. In the micro and nano band, $2,000 a month is between six and twenty creator posts depending on deliverables. A brand that is still learning which creators work would get more out of putting that money into creators and using a few hundred dollars of software, then upgrading once the program is big enough that measurement, rather than sourcing, is the bottleneck. Our breakdown of what influencer marketing actually costs sets out both sides of that split.
What are the alternatives to Traackr?
It depends which of the three layers you need. For discovery and audience data without the enterprise wrapper, the database tools publish prices in the low hundreds a month. For sourcing, briefing, approving and paying micro creators, a self-serve marketplace does the job at a fraction of the cost and without an annual commitment. For genuine cross-market competitive benchmarking, the honest answer is that the alternatives are the other enterprise suites, and they are priced the same way.
We keep a dated, source-checked comparison of what every vendor in this category actually publishes on our best influencer marketing platforms roundup, and a direct feature-by-feature comparison on the Traackr alternative page. If you want to know why the enterprise tier of this category almost never shows a number, the short version is that the price is built from your program, and showing a starting figure would anchor every negotiation at the bottom of the range.
What to ask on the Traackr pricing call
Since the number only arrives on a call, go in with the questions that change it:
- Is benchmarking included in the quoted tier or priced as an add-on, and at what figure?
- How many users, brands and markets does this quote cover, and what does each additional one cost?
- Is the API included, and if not, what tier does it start at?
- What is the uplift at renewal, and is it capped in the contract?
- What happens to historical data and reports if we do not renew?
- Is there any term shorter than twelve months for a first year?
The last two are the ones enterprise buyers most often forget and most often regret. Data portability at the end of a contract is a negotiating point while you are signing and a dead letter afterwards.
Where MicroInfluencers fits
We are not an alternative to Traackr for a global beauty group benchmarking twelve markets, and it would be silly to pretend otherwise. What we do is the layer underneath: finding micro and nano creators whose audience actually matches your buyer, checking their engagement is real before you pay, and running the brief, the approval and the payment in one place. The price is on the page, it is $49, $149 or $399 a month, and it is month to month. If your bottleneck is sourcing and paying creators rather than proving a competitive index to a board, start there and buy the enterprise suite when the program earns it.
