Influencity publishes a price, which already puts it ahead of most of this category. Checked at source on 30 August 2026, there are exactly two plans: Professional at $318 a month billed yearly, which is $3,816 for the year, and Enterprise on request. Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial and no credit card. The number Influencity does not show you until you flip the toggle is the month-to-month rate, and it is $398. You can derive it from their own page: annual costs $3,816 and the page advertises a $960 saving, so paying monthly costs $4,776 a year, which is $398 a month.

That arithmetic matters more than it sounds, because the tiers most comparison articles describe are gone. Roundups written in 2024 and 2025 list a Basic plan somewhere around $148 to $168 and a Business plan in the high hundreds. Neither is on the pricing page any more. If you are budgeting from a comparison article rather than from Influencity's own site, you are budgeting for a product that no longer exists, and you are budgeting low by a factor of about two.

How much does Influencity cost?

Here is the full published structure as it appeared on influencity.com/pricing on 30 August 2026, with the monthly rate derived from Influencity's own two published numbers.

PlanBilled yearlyEffective monthly if you prepayMonth to monthFree trial
Professional$3,816/yr$318/mo$398/mo (derived)7 days, no card
Enterprise"Let's Talk". No figure published, limits are customized7 days, no card

Two plans is a small ladder for a platform in this category, and it tells you something about who Influencity now sells to. There is no cheap entry tier for a brand that wants to look up thirty creators a month, and there is no published enterprise number. You either take the one self-serve plan at roughly $3,800 to $4,800 a year, or you have a conversation.

Where does the $398 a month figure come from?

From Influencity's page, not from a third party. The pricing card shows Professional at $318 a month with "$3,816 billed yearly" and "Save $960" underneath it, and the billing toggle says "Pay annually and get 20% off". Add the advertised saving back on and you get the monthly total: $3,816 plus $960 is $4,776, divided by twelve is exactly $398. The 20 percent claim checks out too, because 20 percent off $4,776 is $3,820.80, which is what $3,816 rounds to at a clean $318 a month.

This is worth spelling out because it is the number a lot of teams actually need. If you are evaluating three platforms and you want to run one of them month to month while you test, the annual headline price is not the number that goes in your business case. On Influencity, month to month costs $960 a year more than the sticker, or about 25 percent on top of the advertised rate.

What do you get on the Influencity Professional plan?

Influencity meters usage rather than seats, so the allowances decide whether the plan fits, not the feature checklist. These are the published limits as of 30 August 2026.

AllowanceProfessionalEnterprise
Discovery results per month10,000Unlimited
Profile analyses per month (email included if it exists)150Unlimited
Outreach emails per month1,200Unlimited
Email sequencesNot listedUnlimited
Stored projects10Unlimited

Export formatsPDF, CSV, XLSPDF, CSV, XLS

The index behind all of it is advertised at 200 million or more creators across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, with unlimited searching and results capped at 10,000 a month on Professional.

The allowance that decides your tier is profile analyses, not searches. Searching is unlimited, but running the deep audience analysis on a creator, which is the step that also surfaces an email address if one exists, consumes one of your 150 and the counter resets monthly. If your process is to analyze forty candidates to shortlist six, Professional gives you a little under four campaigns' worth of evaluation a month. That is a comfortable amount for a brand running a standing program and a tight amount for an agency running several clients. The 1,200 outreach emails a month sit on the same plan, so the sending capacity is generous and the evaluation capacity is what runs out first. If you are writing those messages yourself, our influencer outreach email templates cover the paid, gifting and follow-up versions and the CAN-SPAM footer each one needs.

What is only on Influencity Enterprise?

This is the part that catches small teams out, because the gated items are not exotic add-ons. As listed on the pricing page on 30 August 2026, Enterprise is the only plan that shows brand safety analysis, email sequences, unlimited stored campaigns, the Shopify integration, paying influencers in bulk, social listening and monitoring, and the whole social media management side of the product, meaning the inbox, profile analytics, the content planner, link in bio and paid ads.

Read that list back and the shape of the product becomes clear. On the published plan you can find creators, analyze them properly, and email them. The moment you want to send money to them in bulk, connect a Shopify store, or run sequenced outreach rather than one-off emails, you are in a sales conversation. That is a legitimate way to package software, but it changes the comparison: the $318 or $398 you are pricing buys research and first-touch outreach, not an end-to-end campaign.

If the reason you were eyeing Enterprise is the social media management bundle, price that part separately before you commit. Scheduling, an inbox and paid ads are a mature category with plenty of standalone options, and buying marketing automation on its own is usually cheaper than buying it inside a platform you chose for creator discovery. Our own view of where that money is better spent is set out in the agency versus platform comparison.

Why do comparison articles still say Influencity costs $168 a month?

Because it used to, and nobody rechecks. For years Influencity ran a four-tier ladder with a genuinely cheap entry point, and it was frequently recommended as the affordable option in a category where most vendors will not print a number at all. Those articles are still ranking, still cited, and still wrong.

The practical damage is a budgeting error. A marketing manager compares four platforms, writes down $168 for Influencity because that is the figure in three separate roundups, gets a $2,000 annual line item approved, and then finds the real entry point is $3,816 prepaid or $4,776 monthly. That is not a rounding difference. It is roughly twice the approved budget, discovered after the shortlist was already presented.

The habit worth building is simple: open the vendor's own pricing page and note the date you read it. We do that for every platform in our published-price comparison of influencer marketing platforms, and we date each row, because in this category a price is a perishable fact.

Does Influencity have a free trial?

Yes, 7 days on all plans with no credit card required, stated on the pricing page. That is genuinely useful and shorter than the 14 days Modash offers, so plan the week before you start it.

Use the trial on the question that decides the purchase, which is not whether the interface is pleasant. It is whether the index holds enough creators in your exact niche, in the United States, in the follower band you can afford. Write down your three narrowest audience descriptions before you sign up, run each one on day one, and count how many results you would genuinely contact. If a 200 million profile index returns eleven usable creators for your category, the size of the database was never your constraint, and no upgrade fixes it.

Spend day two on the profile analysis allowance rather than on search. Analyze ten creators, see how many surface a working email, and extrapolate. That tells you whether 150 analyses a month is a comfortable ceiling or a monthly rationing exercise, which is the thing most likely to push you to a sales call later.

How does Influencity's price compare to other influencer marketing platforms?

Here is where it sits against the rest of the category. Every figure below was read on the vendor's own site, and the date we read it is in the last column, because prices in this market change and most published comparisons do not carry a date at all.

Against that field, Influencity is one of the few platforms in the category you can price without talking to anyone, and that is worth something real when you are building a shortlist. The criticism is narrower and it is about which number is prominent: the page leads with $318 and the $398 month-to-month figure only appears when you switch the toggle, which is exactly the pattern that produces the misquoting Modash suffers from with its own $199.

Notice also how much of this table changed inside a single week of checking. CreatorIQ's pricing URL now redirects to a request modal, Billo's sits behind a signup wall, and Aspire's /plans redirects to a demo form. Three different mechanisms, all producing the same outcome, which is that you cannot compare this category on published prices without a lot of manual checking. It is the main reason we keep dated figures rather than a static roundup.

Is Influencity worth it, and who is it for?

Influencity is a discovery and audience-analysis product first, with relationship management and campaign reporting built around it. It suits a brand or an agency that has decided influencer marketing is a standing channel, has someone whose job includes running it, and needs to evaluate creators rigorously before spending money on them. The audience analysis is the genuine strength: if your recurring problem is working out whether a creator's followers actually match your buyer, that is precisely what the product is built to answer.

It is a harder sell for a small brand running two campaigns a quarter. At $3,816 prepaid, the software costs more than the creator fees for a small program, and the parts that would close the loop, paying creators in bulk and connecting a store, are on the plan with no published price. A ten-person company evaluating this should map the real workflow first, because the value of great research drops sharply if the briefing, approval and payment steps still happen in a spreadsheet and a bank transfer.

Two comparisons are worth reading next if Influencity is on your shortlist. Our Influencity alternative page puts the plans and limits side by side with what we do differently, and if the cheap-entry-tier problem is what brought you here, influencer marketing for small business sorts the whole category on whether you can buy it at all without a sales call.

The short version

Influencity costs $318 a month billed yearly, which is $3,816 up front, or $398 a month if you pay monthly, and Enterprise is a conversation. There are two plans, not four, and the cheap tier that half the internet still quotes has been retired. The trial is 7 days with no card, and the allowance that will decide your tier is 150 profile analyses a month, not the seat count. Check the page yourself before you budget, and write the date next to the number.
