inBeat no longer sells a self-serve plan, so there is no inBeat software price to pay today. When we checked on 25 October 2026, inbeat.co/pricing redirected to a "Service Shutdown Notice" saying inBeat had shut down certain features of its influencer database and refunded platform users for March 2025. The last public price list, archived on 23 January 2025, ran $200, $500 and $1,000 a month ($134, $333 and $667 billed yearly). inBeat now works as an agency, priced by quote after a discovery call.
So if you landed here because a 2024 roundup told you inBeat starts at $35 or $200 a month, that plan does not exist anymore. Below is what inBeat actually sells now, what the old database plans included, what an agency engagement is likely to cost, and what the tools that still print their price charge for the same job.
How much does inBeat cost?
There is no published price. inBeat's software plans were discontinued in March 2025, and the agency, which is the part of the business that remains, does not show a rate card. Here is exactly what we found on 25 October 2026:
- inbeat.co/pricing answers with a 301 redirect to inbeat.co/shutdown, a page titled "Service Shutdown Notice". It says inBeat decided "to shut down some free tools & certain features of the database", that "for all platform users, we have issued a refund for the month of March, and all future invoices are cancelled", and that "the agency side will remain completely unaffected".
- The Internet Archive first captured that shutdown page on 14 March 2025, which dates the change.
- inbeat.agency/pricing returns a "page not found" message. The agency homepage lists creator marketing, UGC, performance creative and paid media services, and every brand path ends in "Book a call". Its FAQ says "the process begins with a free discovery call".
Some software directories still show inBeat self-serve plans, including a low-priced entry tier. Those listings describe a product that has been closed for more than eighteen months, so do not budget from them.
The last published inBeat price list
This is the inBeat database pricing as it appeared on inbeat.co/pricing in the 23 January 2025 capture, the last one before the shutdown. We read each figure from the archived page itself.
| Plan | Month to month | Billed yearly | Contact exports | Deep searches | Client accounts |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Brand | $200 a month | $134 a month | 1,000 a month | 15 a month | 1 |
| Agency | $500 a month | $333 a month | 3,000 a month | 50 a month | 5 |
| Enterprise | $1,000 a month | $667 a month | 10,000 a month | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Every plan included live search of what inBeat called millions of TikTok and Instagram profiles, all search filters, look-alike "deep search", bulk selection of up to 1,000 profiles and a dedicated account manager. Unused exports did not roll over, and a profile without an email address did not use an export. The yearly toggle was sold as "4 months free", which is a discount of about one third. A separate managed product, Creator Studio, offered access to a network the page described as 30,000+ vetted creators with matching, a content library and a campaign strategist, billed yearly and priced only on a demo.
Read that list for what it was: a contact database. You paid to find profiles and export their email addresses, and everything after that, the outreach, the negotiation, the brief, the approvals and the payment, happened in your own inbox and spreadsheets.
What inBeat sells now and how it is likely priced
inBeat today is a creative and creator marketing agency. Its site lists influencer and TikTok marketing, nano and micro influencer campaigns, UGC and performance creative, ad testing and paid social on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. That kind of work is priced per engagement, usually as a monthly retainer for strategy and management plus the creator fees and the media budget, and inBeat does not publish its numbers.
For a sense of scale, our influencer marketing agency cost breakdown covers how US agencies price retainers, management fees and minimum budgets. Treat any inBeat quote the same way: ask what is management fee, what goes to creators, what goes to media, and what the minimum term is, and get all four in writing. Our agency versus platform comparison walks through when that retainer is worth paying and when the same budget does more in a self-serve tool.
inBeat versus platforms that still publish a price
If you used the inBeat database and need a replacement, or you want a number before booking an agency call, these platforms print their prices. We read each at source between 20 and 25 October 2026.
| Platform | Published price | Fee or minimum on top | Closest to the old inBeat job? |
|---|---|---|---|
| inBeat | Not published since March 2025; last list $200 to $1,000 a month | Agency engagements by quote | The database is gone; the agency remains |
| MicroInfluencers | $49, $149, $399 and $798 a month, or half that billed yearly | Small marketplace fee on creator payouts, no annual contract | No email export; a ranked, engagement-checked shortlist of US micro creators with briefs and approvals, payments from Growth |
| Modash | $299 and $599 month to month ($199 and $499 billed yearly) | Payments only from the Performance plan | Yes, a large searchable creator database with contact details |
| Heepsy | Free, then $89, $199 and $299 month to month ($69, $149 and $229 billed yearly) | None | Yes, creator search and audience data at a lower price |
| Collabstr | Free, then $299 or $399 month to month ($249 or $333 billed yearly) | 10% hiring fee per order, 5% on Premium | No, a marketplace for booking listed creator packages |
| GRIN | $0, $200, $500 and $1,500 a month, Enterprise custom | 20% to 5% management fee on wallet deposits, by plan | Partly, creator search plus management for brands with a roster |
| Influencer Hero | $649, $1,049 and $2,490 a month | 3-month minimum on every plan | Partly, search plus a full outreach CRM |
Our cheapest influencer marketing platform comparison applies each of these fee structures to the same ten-creator budget, which is the fairest way to compare a percentage fee with a flat subscription.
Which inBeat alternative fits which buyer
The right replacement depends on what you were buying from inBeat in the first place.
- You exported contact lists and ran outreach yourself. Modash or Heepsy are the closest match. Both sell a searchable database with contact data. If you send at volume from your own domain, watch deliverability: cold sends to scraped creator addresses are a common way to land a company domain on a spam list, and an email blacklist monitoring check is cheap insurance before a big send.
- You used Creator Studio or wanted someone to run it for you. The inBeat agency itself, or another managed agency, is the like-for-like option. Expect a retainer and a minimum budget.
- You want US micro creators found, vetted and paid without running a cold email operation. That is the job MicroInfluencers is built for, and it costs less than the old inBeat Brand plan.
A cheaper first round than an agency retainer
MicroInfluencers returns a ranked shortlist of engagement-verified US micro and nano creators on Instagram and TikTok from a plain description of your product and buyer, with YouTube from the Growth plan. Creators on the platform have opted in to brand work, so you invite them instead of cold emailing. The brief carries FTC disclosure by default, every post comes back to you for approval before it goes live, and on the Growth plan you pay creators their agreed rate plus a small marketplace fee in one place. Starter is $49 a month for up to 10 creators per campaign with no annual contract, a quarter of what the old inBeat Brand plan cost, and Growth at $149 adds in-platform payments and YouTube. Five creators at $200 makes a first round of about $1,000.
Be clear about the trade-off. We do not sell an email export or a contact-data API, so if a downloadable list of creator addresses is the deliverable you need, buy a database tool. Our influencer email list page compares the ways to get creator contact data and what each one costs.
inBeat pricing questions buyers ask
Is inBeat still free?
Not as a database. inBeat used to offer a free entry to its influencer search, but its shutdown notice says it closed some free tools and certain database features in March 2025. It still publishes free calculators, such as engagement rate and CPM tools, but there is no free way to search and export creators on inBeat anymore.
Did inBeat shut down?
Partly. inBeat shut down its self-serve influencer database and some free tools in March 2025, refunded platform users for that month and cancelled future invoices. The agency side, inBeat Agency at inbeat.agency, kept running and still sells creator marketing, UGC and paid social services to brands.
What did the inBeat Agency plan cost?
The Agency database plan cost $500 a month month to month, or $333 a month billed yearly, on the last public price list in January 2025. It included 3,000 contact exports and 50 deep searches a month and five client accounts. That plan was discontinued in March 2025, and it is different from inBeat Agency, the services business that remains.
How much does inBeat Agency charge?
inBeat Agency does not publish its fees. Engagements start with a free discovery call and are quoted per brand, typically as a management retainer plus creator fees and any paid media budget. Ask for the management fee, the creator budget, the media budget and the minimum term as four separate lines before you sign.
What is the best alternative to inBeat?
For the old inBeat database job, searching creators and exporting contacts, Modash and Heepsy are the closest, at $199 to $599 and $69 to $299 a month. For hiring US micro creators with briefs and approvals in one place, a marketplace such as ours starts at $49 a month, with payments from $149. Our best influencer marketing platforms roundup compares them with dated prices.
