impact.com pricing starts at $30 a month on the Starter plan, then steps to $500 a month for Essentials and $2,500 a month for Pro, with Enterprise quoted by sales. Read at source on 8 October 2026, every plan also carries a 2.5% fee on partner-driven transactions and a one-time setup fee. That published ladder only applies to brands on Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce or Squarespace.
That last sentence is the part most write-ups skip. If you type impact.com/pricing into a browser you do not land on a price list. You are redirected to a "Get started" page that asks you to request a demo. The prices live on a separate page built for ecommerce-plugin brands, and that page says plainly that an ecommerce integration is required. Everyone else, which includes most SaaS, app and enterprise programs, gets a quote.
How much does impact.com cost?
impact.com publishes four plans for ecommerce brands: Starter from $30 a month, Essentials from $500 a month, Pro from $2,500 a month and Enterprise on a custom quote. On top of the subscription there is a 2.5% transaction fee on partner-driven sales and a one-time setup fee that depends on how much technical onboarding you need. Annual billing is available.
Note the word "from" on every tier. The page says "Priced from", not "costs", and the FAQ says that if you need to pay partners more you can "upgrade to a higher payment tier or pay an overage fee". So the subscription number is a floor, and payout volume can push it up.
| Plan | Published price | What it adds | What it does not include |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | From $30 a month | Plugins for Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce and Squarespace; automated partner recommendations; promo code and link tracking; product feed; 40+ basic reports; chat support; basic contracting and global payouts | No access to the impact.com Partner Marketplace |
| Essentials | From $500 a month | Partner Marketplace access (the page says 90,000 partners, "affiliates, influencers, and beyond"); unlimited contract templates; unlimited event tracking; multi-domain programs; performance bonuses; automated workflows | No keyword search for partner discovery, no dedicated support |
| Pro | From $2,500 a month | Dedicated support; cross-device and API-based tracking; Data Lab custom reporting; SAML single sign-on; partner discovery by keyword search | No add-ons; fraud scoring and attribution risk protection need Enterprise |
| Enterprise | Contact sales | Fraud scoring, attribution risk protection, forecasting, offline and call tracking, path-based payouts, partner deduplication | No public price |
Source: impact.com/integrated-platform-prices, read on 8 October 2026 through a text reader after impact.com/pricing returned a 302 redirect to impact.com/get-started. We also tried impact.com/creator/pricing, which redirects to the same ecommerce price page, so there is no separate public price for the Creator product.
What the 2.5% transaction fee really costs
The FAQ is specific: "A 2.5% transaction fee applies only to partner-driven transactions, charged only when a sale occurs." That fee is on top of whatever commission you pay the creator or affiliate. If a creator earns you $20,000 in sales in a month at a 15% commission, you pay the creator $3,000 and impact.com another $500 in transaction fees, before the subscription.
There is also a minimum on the entry plan. For the first 30 days on Starter there is no minimum fee unless partners drive sales, but if your program does not generate at least $30 in partner-driven revenue, impact.com charges you $30 to keep it running. In plain terms, $30 a month is the least you will pay on Starter, and from there the bill grows with sales.
Third-party sites do not agree on this. Some describe Starter as "the greater of $30 or 3% of revenue", others put a 2.5% "network tax" on every plan, and at least one comparison site says impact.com publishes no pricing at all. The vendor page we read lists 2.5%, applied to partner-driven transactions. Ask the sales rep to confirm the percentage and whether it applies on your plan in writing before you sign.
Why the cheap plan is not the creator plan
The detail that matters most for an influencer program is where the Partner Marketplace sits. Starter at $30 gives you tracking, codes and links for partners you bring yourself. It does not give you the marketplace. Access to the 90,000 partners, which is where you would find creators who are not already in your contacts, starts at Essentials for $500 a month. Searching partners by keyword only arrives at Pro for $2,500.
So the honest version of "impact.com starts at $30" for a brand that wants to find new creators is "impact.com starts at $500, plus 2.5% of the sales they drive, plus setup". That is still reasonable for an affiliate program with real volume. It is a lot for a brand testing ten micro creators to see whether the channel works at all.
Is impact.com free?
Not for brands. impact.com has no free brand plan, and the published Starter plan bills at least $30 a month once the first 30 days pass. It is free for creators and publishers: the FAQ says creators and publishers can sign up to the Marketplace for free, and the site has a "Sign up as a partner" button that opens a free account flow.
Is impact.com worth it for influencer marketing?
impact.com is worth it when your influencer program is really a performance program: creators paid mostly on commission, many partners at once, and enough sales that tracking, contracts and payouts in one system save real hours. Its strength is attribution and payouts across affiliates, creators, apps and publishers. It is less suited to paying micro creators a flat fee to post.
That second case is the common one for small brands. A brand paying eight micro creators $150 to $400 each for a post or short video needs a shortlist of the right people, a brief, approval and a way to pay them, more than it needs cross-device attribution. If the commission model is what you want, our page on influencer marketing commission covers typical rates and how to structure them. And when partner payouts start landing in your books every month, it helps to match each payout against your bank statement rather than trusting the platform's own export.

What you will pay in year one on impact.com
- Subscription. $360 a year on Starter at the floor, $6,000 on Essentials, $30,000 on Pro, before any overage for higher payout volume.
- Setup. A one-time fee "dependent on the number of technical resources your onboarding requires". It is not published, so get it quoted.
- Transaction fees. 2.5% of partner-driven sales. At $240,000 a year in creator and affiliate sales that is $6,000.
- Partner commissions. Whatever you agree with each creator or affiliate. Commission-only creators commonly ask 10% to 15% of the sale.
- Tax paperwork. Collect a Form W-9 from US creators you pay. The 2026 Form 1099-NEC instructions set the filing threshold at $2,000 paid to a nonemployee in the year.
For a brand on Essentials doing $20,000 a month in partner sales at 15% commission, that is roughly $6,000 in subscription, $6,000 in transaction fees and $36,000 in commissions in year one, plus setup. The platform share is about a quarter of the total, which is fair at that volume and heavy below it.
What are the best impact.com alternatives?
For a Shopify commission program at a lower entry price, Refersion. For full creator management with gifting, GRIN. For a searchable creator database, Modash. For a matched, engagement-verified shortlist of US micro creators you pay a flat fee, with briefs, approvals and payments in one place, MicroInfluencers starts at $49 a month with no setup fee and no percentage of your sales, only a small marketplace fee on creator payouts. If you are still weighing whether to run creators through a platform or an agency at all, our influencer marketing agency vs platform comparison puts the costs side by side.
impact.com pricing questions buyers ask
Does impact.com publish its pricing?
Partly. impact.com/pricing redirects to a demo request page, but impact.com/integrated-platform-prices lists Starter from $30, Essentials from $500 and Pro from $2,500 a month for brands on Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce or Squarespace. Enterprise, and any program without one of those ecommerce integrations, is priced by sales.
What is impact.com's transaction fee?
The pricing page FAQ lists a 2.5% transaction fee on partner-driven transactions, charged only when a sale occurs. It is separate from the commission you pay the partner. Some third-party sites quote 3% or call it a network fee on every plan, so confirm the rate for your plan in your contract.
Does impact.com have a setup fee?
Yes. The FAQ says there is a one-time setup fee that depends on the number of technical resources your onboarding requires. The amount is not published. Ask for it in the quote, along with whether it changes if you install through the Shopify or BigCommerce plugin rather than a custom integration.
How much does impact.com cost for influencer marketing?
For finding new creators, plan on at least $500 a month, because Partner Marketplace access starts on Essentials. Add 2.5% of the sales creators drive, the setup fee and each creator's commission or fee. The $30 Starter plan tracks codes and links for creators you already work with but does not include the marketplace.
Is impact.com the same as Impact Radius?
Yes. Impact Radius was the company's earlier name, and it now trades as impact.com. Older reviews, contracts and searches for Impact Radius pricing refer to the same partnership platform, though prices quoted under the old name are years out of date.
