CreatorDB sells creator data by the credit. Its free plan has no included credits and charges $0.040 a credit, Pro is $79 a month for 3,160 credits, Premium is $249 for 12,450 and Enterprise is $749 for 74,900, as shown on creatordb.app/pricing on 1 November 2026. Every paid plan includes the app, the Influencer Data API and an MCP server, and included credits expire at the end of each month.
CreatorDB is a data product first. It is built for people who want to pull creator profiles into their own tools, which makes it a different purchase from a platform that also briefs, approves and pays creators. This page covers what each plan costs per useful action, what the credit rules mean for a small team, and when a campaign tool is the cheaper way to get a result.
How much does CreatorDB cost?
| Plan | Price | Included credits | Price per credit | CreatorDB says it fits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | None | $0.040 | Testing the data, with minimal search and public profile views |
| Pro | $79 a month | 3,160 | $0.025 | Solo operators and small campaigns |
| Premium | $249 a month | 12,450 | $0.020 | Agencies and product teams |
| Enterprise | $749 a month | 74,900 | $0.010 | Production API workloads |
| Custom | On request | Custom | Below $0.010 | High-volume data and contract terms |
The page gives monthly figures for Pro, Premium and Enterprise. It does not state an annual option, and it does not say how many searches or profile views the Free plan allows, so confirm both before you budget.
How the credit rules work
Credits are the real price, and four rules decide how far they go:
- No free trial. Pay-as-you-go credits start with a $40 top-up that buys 1,000 credits.
- Plan credits expire monthly. Whatever you do not use by the end of the month is gone.
- Purchased credits last a year from each purchase date.
- Order of use. Plan credits go first, then purchased credits, oldest first. Extra credits on any plan are charged at that plan's per-credit rate.
Each API key can also carry its own usage limit, which is useful if several people or tools share one account and you do not want a loop to burn the month's credits overnight.
What you get for the money
Access is gated by credit balance, not by feature. Every paid tier has the app, the Influencer Data API (version 3.0 on the page) and the MCP server, which lets an AI assistant query creator data directly. That is unusual at $79 a month, and it is the reason to look at CreatorDB at all if you build your own tooling.
What the page does not list is campaign workflow. There is no mention of briefs, content approval, FTC disclosure checks or creator payments. If you want those, you either build them around the data or buy a platform that includes them.
Is CreatorDB worth it for a small brand?
It is worth it if someone on your team writes code or runs automations and you want creator data feeding a dashboard, a CRM or an internal scoring model. At $0.025 a credit on Pro, a few hundred lookups cost a few dollars, and the 3,160 credits are plenty for a small research sprint.
It is a weaker fit if your goal is a first campaign with eight to ten creators and you have nobody to wire up an API. The credits get you data about creators. You still have to message them, agree a rate, send a brief, review the post and pay. Those steps are where a first round usually stalls.
CreatorDB compared with platforms that run the campaign
When the question is what a first month costs for the whole job, these platforms publish their plans. We read each at source in October 2026, and CreatorDB on 1 November 2026:
| Platform | Published price | Fee on top | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| CreatorDB | $0 free, then $79, $249 and $749 a month in credits | Extra credits at plan rate | Teams that want creator data through an app, API or MCP server |
| MicroInfluencers | $49, $149, $399 and $798 a month, or half that billed yearly | Small marketplace fee on creator payouts, no markup on the agreed rate | A ranked, engagement-checked shortlist of US micro and nano creators, with briefs, approvals and payments |
| Heepsy | Free, then $89, $199 and $299 month to month | None | Creator discovery and audience data |
| Collabstr | Free, then $299 or $399 month to month | 10% hiring fee per order, 5% on Premium | Hiring creators from listed packages |
| GRIN | $0, $200, $500 and $1,500 a month, Enterprise custom | 20% to 5% fee on wallet deposits, by plan | Brands that already have a creator roster to manage |
CreatorDB wins on programmatic access and on a low entry price for raw data. It does not try to run the campaign, which is the right choice for a data business and the wrong one if you have no developer. Our cheapest influencer marketing platform page prices the same ten-creator budget across tools, fees included.
When a startup should skip the data API
A founder with no marketing team often reads "$79 for creator data" and assumes the hard part is solved. It is not. The hard part is the second week, when you have a list and still need replies. For a small team, handing that work to a plan that briefs and pays is cheaper in hours than building it. If you are still deciding what to do first, a plan generated from your own website address, like the marketing plan an AI marketer drafts from your site, can help you choose the channel before you spend on any creator data.
Once creators are the answer, our page on influencer marketing for startups sets out how to size a first round, and the MicroInfluencers pricing shows what the whole workflow costs at $49, $149 and $399 a month, month to month.
