Billo charges per video, from $99. Checked on 22 September 2026, the pack details on billo.app list $99 for a 15-second video, $139 for 30 seconds and $169 for 60 seconds, or $164, $204 and $234 with Billo's editing added. There is no subscription for video orders: you buy a prepaid pack, the money sits in a Billo balance, and each order draws it down. The balance expires 12 months after purchase, packs are non-refundable outside one narrow case, and a refund that is granted loses a 25% administrative fee. The billo.app/pricing URL itself is still a signup form, which is why so many roundups say Billo publishes nothing.

That last point is worth a sentence of its own, because our own earlier write-ups said the same thing. In August the pricing URL showed a "Create a business account" form and nothing else, and it still does. The per-video prices were on the site all along, just not there: they sit in the "details" panel of the pack offer on the homepage and in the terms of the current promotion. If you only ever checked /pricing, you would conclude Billo hides its rates. It does not. It just puts them somewhere a buyer comparing vendors is unlikely to look.

How much does Billo cost per video?

These are Billo's own figures, read at billo.app on 22 September 2026.

Video lengthStandardWith Billo editing
15 seconds$99$164
30 seconds$139$204
60 seconds$169$234

Editing adds a flat $65 at every length in this table. Extra hooks, more aspect ratios and product photos are sold as add-ons from the same balance. Prices exclude sales tax: Billo's brand terms say displayed fees are exclusive of taxes, which are added on top.

One inconsistency to be aware of before you budget. Billo's current promotion page gives a worked example saying a 15-second video with Billo expert editing "would cost $188". The homepage pack details say $164 for the same thing. Both are on billo.app today. The likely explanation is that one of them is out of date, but we cannot tell you which, so check the price in the order screen before you commit a large pack to edited videos.

How Billo packs and the balance work

You do not pay per order at checkout. You buy a pack, the pack value lands in your Billo balance (the account menu calls it your Wallet), and every video or service you order is deducted from it. Larger packs carry a bonus. Billo's own example: the Professional pack costs $2,500 and includes a $300 bonus, so you get $2,800 of balance. The promotion running as we checked is a $1,500 pack with the same $300 bonus, $1,800 of balance, which Billo says "covers up to 18 videos". At $99 each that is $1,782, so the claim holds for 15-second videos and not for anything longer.

The terms that matter more than the bonus are in section 5 of Billo's Terms of Service for Brands, effective 1 June 2026:

  • Packs expire. "All Packs are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused portion of the Pack will automatically expire and become non-redeemable."
  • No cash-out and no transfers. Unused balance cannot be converted to cash, moved to another brand account, or rolled over.
  • Refunds are the exception. Packs are non-refundable except under section 6.9, and when a refund is granted, "a 25% administrative fee will be deducted from the refundable amount", and anything already delivered or in an active order is excluded.

So the bonus is real money only if you spend it. A brand that buys the $2,500 pack to capture the $300, orders ten videos and then pauses creative testing for a year has not saved $300. It has lost whatever was left on the balance.

What the 30-day money-back guarantee actually covers

The promotion page advertises a "30-day money-back guarantee" and explains it underneath: "Get a refund if you don't match with a creator within 30 days." That is narrower than the headline suggests, and the terms narrow it further. Section 6.9 says you may request compensation if no creator has been selected for your order within 30 days of creating it, the request must be made inside that window, and Billo decides "at its sole discretion" whether to compensate you and whether that is a refund or platform credit. For packs, section 5.3 then applies the 25% fee to any refund.

Read plainly: the guarantee protects you against the marketplace failing to find you a creator. It does not cover a video you dislike, a change of plan, or a balance you did not use. None of that is unusual for a prepaid marketplace, but it is not what "money-back guarantee" usually means to a buyer, and it is worth knowing before you size the pack.

What else on Billo costs money

The per-video table covers content you own and run on your own ad account. Three other products are priced differently:

  • Partnership ads and organic posting. If you want the video posted on the creator's profile or run as an ad from their handle, Billo says pricing has three parts: the video, an organic posting fee, and a partnership ads fee. Each creator sets their own price for posting on their profile for 30 days and a separate fee for letting you run ads from their handle. There is no published figure because there is no single figure. Our influencer whitelisting page covers how those permissions work on Meta and TikTok.
  • Managed service. Billo's team sources, briefs and manages creators for you "starting from $2,000 / month", sized to your volume, and you can cancel any time after the first month.
  • CreativeOps. The creative analytics product is a monthly subscription that renews automatically. The terms say payments are non-refundable, including partial months, and there is no public price: the plan is shown in the order window when you buy.

The brand terms also reserve the right for Billo to "add a commission fee, service fee or other markup to the final price payable by the Brand". We did not see one on the published per-video prices, but the clause is there, so read your order total, not the rate card.

Who owns the videos

You do, with one carve-out. Billo's FAQ says a creator submitting a video "transfer[s] and assign[s] all rights, title, and interest" in it to the brand, which is broader than most marketplaces, where usage is licensed for a term. There is no separate usage-rights fee to run the video as an ad on your own account. The carve-out: the terms grant Billo a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your deliverables for its own marketing, case studies and platform promotion. For most brands that is harmless. If you are filming an unreleased product, raise it before you order. For how usage terms are normally priced elsewhere, see our guide to influencer content usage rights.

Third-party Billo prices you will see, and what to make of them

Search Billo pricing and you will find a spread of numbers that do not come from Billo. G2's pricing page describes eight editions running from $500 to $30,000. Several UGC blogs quote pack ladders such as six videos for $500 or 37 for $2,500. We could not match those ladders to anything on billo.app, and they may reflect older packs or promotions. Treat them as reported, not published. The two figures Billo itself confirms are the $2,500 Professional pack with its $300 bonus and the current $1,500 promotion, plus the per-video rates above.

What a real Billo budget looks like

A worked example, at today's published rates. A DTC brand wants ten 30-second videos a month to keep paid social fresh:

  • Ten 30-second videos, no editing: 10 x $139 = $1,390 a month.
  • The same ten with Billo editing: 10 x $204 = $2,040 a month.
  • Bought through the $2,500 Professional pack ($2,800 balance): twenty unedited 30-second videos cost $2,780, so the pack covers two months with $20 left over.

Then add the media budget to run them, which is where the real money goes. Billo is a creative supplier. The reach comes from your ad account, and $1,390 of video with no spend behind it reaches nobody.

Billo pricing compared with the alternatives

Each row is dated to when we last read it at the vendor's own site.

The comparison hides a difference in what is being bought. Billo, JoinBrands and Influee sell video files: the creator is a production resource and your ad account supplies the audience. A creator marketplace like ours sells access to the creator's own audience, where the post on their profile is the point. If you need thirty ad variations a month, Billo's rate card is competitive and you should buy it. If you want real people who already have a following your buyers trust to post about you, you are shopping in a different aisle. Our Billo alternative page sets the two side by side, and the UGC creator marketplace page covers the file-only route.

Is Billo worth the price?

For paid social teams that burn through creative, usually yes. $99 to $169 for a finished, rights-assigned video from a vetted creator is a competitive rate, and you skip the sourcing, contracting and chasing. App marketers in particular use it for demo-style ads; if that is you, our page on influencer marketing for mobile apps covers how to track installs per creator, which a video supplier does not do for you.

It is a weaker deal in two situations. First, when volume is irregular, because a 12-month expiry and a 25% refund fee make an unspent balance expensive. Second, when you are weighing the $2,000-a-month managed service against building the function yourself: at that level it is worth pricing a part-time creative strategist and posting the role on a marketing jobs board before you sign, since the same budget buys a person who also writes your briefs and reads your ad data.

Common questions

Is Billo free? Creating a business account is free and needs no card. Videos are not: you buy a pack before you order, and the cheapest video is $99 for 15 seconds.

Does Billo have a subscription? Not for ordering videos. Packs are one-off prepaid purchases. The managed service is billed monthly from $2,000, and CreativeOps is a monthly auto-renewing subscription with no public price.

Do Billo packs expire? Yes. Packs are valid for 12 months from purchase, and any unused balance expires after that. It cannot be cashed out, transferred or rolled over.

Can I get a refund from Billo? Only in a narrow case. If no creator is selected for an order within 30 days, you can request compensation inside that window, and Billo decides whether to refund or credit you. Pack refunds lose a 25% administrative fee.

How much does a Billo UGC video cost with editing? $164 for 15 seconds, $204 for 30 and $234 for 60, according to the homepage pack details. Billo's promotion page quotes $188 for an edited 15-second video, so confirm in the order screen.
