Archive publishes no prices. Its pricing page at archive.com/pricing lists three plans, Startup, Growth and Enterprise, with no dollar figure on any of them, and when we checked on 20 October 2026 every button on the page, including the "Get Started" button on the cheapest plan, led to the same demo booking form. Archive says pricing depends on your plan and on how much your team uses its AI tools for creator search, vetting and reporting, and it quotes after a 30-minute demo.
That matters if you are trying to budget before a sales call. Archive is a social listening and UGC capture platform: it finds posts that mention your brand on TikTok, Instagram (including Stories and Reels) and YouTube Shorts, organizes them, and helps you get usage rights to reuse them. If that is the job, the only way to a number is the demo. If the job is actually hiring creators, there are cheaper tools that print their price, and we list them below with the date we read each one.
How much does Archive cost?
Archive does not say. Its pricing page shows plan names and feature lists but no price, no monthly rate and no annual figure, and its FAQ answers the cost question with "Pricing is based on your plan and how your team uses Archive's AI-powered tools for creator search, vetting, and reporting. Tell us about your program and we'll put together a plan that fits it." So the price is set per customer after a conversation, and it scales with usage rather than with a fixed tier.
Here is exactly what we read on Archive's own site on 20 October 2026:
- archive.com/pricing loads and shows "Three plans, one platform" with no dollar amount anywhere on the page.
- archive.com/plans returns a "Page Not Found" message.
- The Startup plan's button says "Get Started", the Growth plan's says "Book a Demo" and Enterprise's says "Talk to Sales". All three link to archive.com/demo.
- The Startup description says it is "ready the same day you sign up", but there is no self-serve checkout on the page. Signing up runs through the demo form.
- The FAQ says every plan includes "social listening, creator search, campaign reporting, and Archie, Archive's AI creator-search agent", and that "usage limits and add-ons scale by plan".
We also checked the 1800DTC tool directory, which is where many DTC teams look first. Archive's profile there is marked as unclaimed and unverified, and it shows no price either. If you see a specific Archive figure in a roundup, ask where it came from, because it is not on Archive's site.
What each Archive plan includes
| Plan | Who Archive says it is for | What it includes | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Startup | SMBs and small teams starting their own creator program | Creator search and vetting, content capture the moment it posts, reporting | Not published, button leads to a demo form |
| Growth (marked Popular) | Mid-market teams scaling UGC and creator programs | Everything in Startup plus AI sentiment analysis, AI filters, Archive Radar and deep research | Not published, demo required |
| Enterprise | Organizations running creator programs across brands, regions or business units | Everything in Growth plus custom usage, security and procurement review, dedicated support | Fully custom, talk to sales |
All plan names and inclusions above are quoted from archive.com/pricing on 20 October 2026. Archive also describes itself on its homepage as "trusted by over 1K+ brands". That is the company's own figure and we have not verified it.
Why Archive prices by usage
Archive's core job is watching social platforms for posts about your brand, including untagged videos and Instagram Stories that disappear after 24 hours. The cost of that to Archive grows with how many accounts it watches, how many posts it processes and how many AI searches your team runs, so a usage-based quote is a reasonable model for the product. A brand that gets 30 mentions a month and a brand that seeds 2,000 creators a quarter are not buying the same amount of work.
The catch for a buyer is that you cannot compare a usage quote with anything until you have it. Before the demo, write down three numbers so the quote is comparable: how many posts mention your brand in a normal month, how many creators you work with per quarter, and how many people on your team need a login. Ask Archive to price those three and to say what happens when you exceed them, since "usage limits and add-ons scale by plan" is where the bill can grow.
Archive versus platforms that publish a price
Archive overlaps with influencer platforms on creator search and reporting, but its center of gravity is capturing content that already exists. If what you actually need is to hire new creators, these tools print their prices, and we read each one at source on 20 October 2026:
| Platform | Published price | Fee or minimum on top | Main job |
|---|---|---|---|
| Archive | Not published, quoted after a demo | Usage-based, set per customer | Capturing brand mentions and UGC, rights for reuse, reporting |
| MicroInfluencers | $49, $149, $399 and $798 a month, or half that billed yearly | Small marketplace fee on creator payouts, no markup on the agreed rate | Ranked, engagement-checked shortlist of US micro creators, briefs, approvals, payments |
| GRIN | $0, $200, $500 and $1,500 a month, Enterprise custom | 20% to 5% management fee on wallet deposits, by plan | Creator management for brands with an existing roster, posts tracked automatically |
| Collabstr | Free, then $299 or $399 month to month ($249 or $333 billed yearly) | 10% hiring fee per order, 5% on Premium | Hiring creators and UGC from listed packages, with live post analytics on paid plans |
| Heepsy | Free, then $89, $199 and $299 month to month ($69, $149 and $229 billed yearly) | None | Creator discovery and audience data |
| Modash | $299 and $599 month to month ($199 and $499 billed yearly), Enterprise from $14,700 a year | 0% on the first $10,000 a year of payouts, from the Performance plan | Large creator database, outreach and payments |
| Influencer Hero | $649, $1,049 and $2,490 a month | 3-month minimum on every plan | All-in-one influencer CRM and outreach |
Our cheapest influencer marketing platform comparison does the next step for you: it applies each platform's fee to the same ten-creator budget so you can see the real monthly bill, not just the plan card.
Who should pay for Archive
Archive is a good fit for a consumer brand that already gets a steady stream of organic posts and seeded content, especially Instagram Stories and TikToks that nobody on the team catches in time, and that wants to turn those posts into ads and email content with the creator's permission. Its listening, untagged video detection and rights workflow are the reason to buy it, and its competitor insights help a social team report to leadership. If your team also needs to keep an eye on press and web coverage beyond social video, pair it with a lighter brand mention monitoring setup rather than stretching a UGC tool to do that job.
It is a weaker fit if you have few mentions yet and your real problem is getting creators to post in the first place. Capture tools need posts to capture. A brand with 20 mentions a month will get more from hiring ten small creators than from software that watches for posts that are not happening.
A cheaper first step if you need creators, not capture
If what you want is new creators talking about your product, start there and add capture later. MicroInfluencers returns a ranked shortlist of engagement-verified US micro and nano creators on Instagram and TikTok from a plain description of your product, writes FTC disclosure into every brief, and brings every post back to you before it goes live, from $49 a month with no annual contract. When those posts go up, you can license the best ones for ads, and our creator whitelisting page covers how to run them from the creator's handle. If you only want content files to run as your own ads, our UGC creator marketplace page explains that route and what it costs.
Archive pricing questions buyers ask
Does Archive have a free trial or free plan?
Archive's pricing page shows no free plan and no free trial as of 20 October 2026. Every plan, including Startup, starts with booking a demo, and the price is set after that conversation. Ask on the demo call whether a pilot period is available for your first month.
Does Archive charge per user or per post?
Archive does not publish a per-seat or per-post rate. Its FAQ says pricing is based on your plan and on how your team uses its AI tools for creator search, vetting and reporting, and that usage limits and add-ons scale by plan. Expect the quote to depend on post volume, searches and the number of brands or accounts you track.
What platforms does Archive capture content from?
Archive says it detects creator content and UGC across TikTok, Instagram (including Stories and Reels) and YouTube Shorts. It tracks tags and mentions and also looks for untagged posts where your brand or product appears. Instagram Stories capture matters because Stories expire after 24 hours.
Is Archive an influencer marketplace?
No. Archive is a social listening, UGC capture and creator discovery platform, and it does not list a creator marketplace or creator payments on its pricing page. You find creators and track their content in Archive, then contract and pay them your own way. A marketplace such as ours handles the shortlist, brief, approval and payment in one place.
Is Archive worth it for a small brand?
Only if you already have more organic posts than your team can track. Archive's Startup plan is aimed at small teams, but it is priced by usage after a demo, so you cannot check the value before talking to sales. If you are still building mentions, hiring a first round of small creators usually returns more per dollar.
