Agentio does not publish pricing. There is no subscription and no software fee: Agentio takes about 20% of the media budget you spend with creators through it, and the creator gets the other 80%. Each sponsorship is priced like a media buy, a CPM multiplied by the creator's typical views. agentio.com/pricing returned a 404 when we checked it on 13 October 2026, and the only way in for a brand is a demo request form.

That makes Agentio cheap to start and expensive to scale. You pay nothing to look, but every dollar that reaches a creator through the platform carries a cut, so the platform cost grows in a straight line with your creator budget. Whether that is a good deal depends almost entirely on how much you plan to spend and on whether you want big YouTube creators or small ones.

On a take-rate model the platform cost is a share of your creator budget, so model the budget first and the fee follows.

How much does Agentio cost?

Agentio costs brands roughly 20% of the ad spend that runs through it. Contrary Research, which profiles the company in detail, puts it plainly: Agentio "takes 20% of the total ad spend on every campaign", and there are "no SaaS fees, setup costs, or agency retainers". Agentio itself has not published that number on its site, so treat it as the best public figure rather than a quote, and ask for the take rate in writing on your first insertion order.

Here is what we could confirm directly, on 13 October 2026:

  • agentio.com/pricing returns a 404. So do /brands and /advertisers. There is no price page to read.
  • The homepage ends in a demo request form asking for your company and how you heard about Agentio. That is the brand entry point.
  • agentio.com/creators says creators "join for free" and that Agentio handles contracts, approvals, revisions and payments. The cost sits on the brand side.
  • Agentio's own January 2026 playbook release says it "dynamically prices YouTube integrations based on expected 30-day delivery" and then "amortizes spend over 90 days using historical performance data for each Creator".

How Agentio prices a YouTube sponsorship

Agentio prices each integration like ad inventory rather than a flat creator fee. According to Contrary, a brand's bid is calculated as a CPM multiplied by the creator's historical median views. The creator accepts or declines the offer, Agentio handles the contract and payment, and its 20% comes out of the total.

A worked example makes the mechanics concrete. These are illustrative numbers, not Agentio rates:

LineAmountHow it is calculated
Creator's median views per video120,000Historical median, the basis for the bid
CPM you bid$25Your offer per thousand expected views
Cost of the integration$3,000120 x $25
Agentio's share at 20%$60020% of the total spend
Creator receives$2,400The remaining 80%

Scale that up and the shape is clear. A brand spending $10,000 a month on YouTube sponsorships pays about $2,000 a month to the platform, or $24,000 a year. At $50,000 a month it is $120,000 a year. There is no cap in the model, because there is no subscription to cap it.

The CPM framing is useful if your team already thinks in media terms, and it is honest about what you are buying, which is expected views. If you would rather put that same budget into paid placements you control directly, an AI media buyer for paid campaigns works on the same CPM logic without a creator in the middle. Creator sponsorships earn their premium on trust and on views that keep coming after the 30-day window, which is why Agentio amortizes over 90 days.

Is Agentio free for creators?

Yes. Agentio's creator page says creators and their managers join for free, and that briefs, contracts, approvals and payments are handled for them. The creator's share is the roughly 80% of the deal that remains after Agentio's take. For a brand this matters in one way: the creator sees the net figure, so a bid that looks generous in your budget lands smaller in their account.

Which platforms does Agentio cover?

Agentio started on YouTube in October 2023, and YouTube integrations are still the core of the product. Contrary reports that it began beta testing Meta Partnership Ads in late 2025 and opened the same workflow on Instagram and Facebook in July 2026, and the homepage now talks about scaling "across YouTube, Meta, and beyond". TikTok was not live as of September 2026, per the same report.

The creators showcased on Agentio's creator page are large channels with millions of subscribers. That is the clearest signal of who it is built for: brands buying reach on big YouTube channels at a predictable CPM. It is not built around nano and micro creators on TikTok.

Is Agentio worth it?

Agentio is worth it for a brand with a real YouTube budget, a performance team that already buys media on CPM, and a preference for mid-size and large creators. The marketplace removes the negotiation and the invoicing, and the take-rate model means you can start without a contract fee. Funded with $56.3 million across three rounds as of September 2026, it is also not going anywhere soon.

It is a weaker fit in three cases:

  1. Your budget is small. There is no published minimum, but the product is built around five-figure YouTube integrations. A brand with $3,000 a month for creators will get more posts from small creators than from one mid-size channel.
  2. You want TikTok or nano creators. Agentio's strength is YouTube and, since July 2026, Meta. Small creators on TikTok and Instagram are where engagement per dollar tends to be highest, and they are not Agentio's focus.
  3. Your spend will grow. A 20% take is a cost that rises with every dollar. At $10,000 a month, a flat-priced platform plus your own time can cost a fraction of $2,000 a month.

Costs that sit outside the Agentio take rate

  1. The creator fee itself. On Agentio it is the CPM bid. Elsewhere it is a flat fee you agree with each creator. US micro creators commonly quote $100 to $2,500 per post, and YouTube integrations cost more because of production time.
  2. Usage rights. Running a creator's video as an ad from their handle needs explicit permission. Agentio's Meta workflow is built around Partnership Ads; anywhere else, put it in the contract, as our page on influencer whitelisting explains.
  3. Product and shipping. Physical products sent to creators are a real line in any budget.
  4. Tax paperwork. If you pay US creators directly, the 2026 Form 1099-NEC instructions set the filing threshold at $2,000 a year per nonemployee. On a marketplace that handles payment, ask who issues the forms.

What are the best Agentio alternatives?

For managed YouTube sponsorships with an agency in the loop, a YouTube-focused agency. For a discovery database you search yourself, Modash. For ecommerce gifting and creator management, GRIN. For a matched, engagement-verified shortlist of US nano and micro creators on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube at a published monthly price, with no take on your media budget beyond a small payout fee, MicroInfluencers starts at $49 a month. Our YouTube influencer marketing page shows how that works on YouTube specifically, and you can compare our plans before you book anyone's demo.

Agentio pricing questions buyers ask

Does Agentio charge a subscription?

No. According to Contrary Research, Agentio charges no SaaS fee, no setup cost and no retainer. It takes about 20% of the media spend that runs through the platform. Agentio publishes no pricing page, so confirm the take rate and any minimum on your insertion order before you commit budget.

What is Agentio's minimum spend?

Agentio publishes no minimum spend, and none of the profiles we read state one. Because pricing is CPM multiplied by a creator's median views, the practical minimum is the cost of one integration with a creator you want, which on mid-size YouTube channels is usually in the thousands of dollars.

How does Agentio make money?

Agentio makes money from a share of each campaign's spend, reported at 20%, with the remaining 80% paid to the creator. Creators join for free. Contrary reports that the company was already profitable at its Series A in November 2024, and it raised a $40 million Series B in November 2025.

Does Agentio work on TikTok?

Not as of September 2026. Agentio covers YouTube integrations and, since July 2026, Instagram and Facebook through Meta Partnership Ads. TikTok and Snap were planned but not live, according to Contrary's profile. If TikTok creators are the plan, look at a platform built for them.
